A small hamlet in the central south of Cibari. The hamlet is no more than a mainstreet and a few sidestreets with houses on them. Most of the year the river is marley a creek that flows through Hoamen, from the Pinbour mountains all the way to the sea.

There are no guards, no walls and no real natural defenses to be seen in and around hoamen. This small hamlet does have guard patrols by every now and than that could react if needed. On other moments they hope nothing bad happens to them.
