Jaggery Finch is a Tielfing man of ambiguous age and the acting spokesperson for the Spicers’ Guild. He acts on behalf of his hermitical master, known only as the 'Savant'. Supposedly the Savant has fallen ill and bestowed their duties to their chipper Tiefling pupil.
He is often regarded as extravagant and unpredictable but seems to be fulfilling his job as a mediator between the Guilds well enough.
