Tsagai Luu / Autumn's Domain was created by Huran Zhi / Nyxal to be one of the four Rune Pillars bordering Plumamentia - specifically, the furthermost West. It embodies, amongst other things, the concepts of conservation and of loss, and is guarded by Tsagai Luu / Autumn, one of the four Dragon Lords / Luuwang.
