Nejehakan, a wise Lich, governs the spiritual quarter of Azuri where one can find a number of temples, places of worship and memorials. The streets are glittering white and trails of incense swirl overhead. Censors hang from bronze hooks and priests can be seen walking the streets praying to their deities.
