DISK of the HYADES
Any undead creature within 30 feet must pass a SPIRIT DR13 test or be repelled by the disk. The undead can test again at the end of its next turn. Once passed or if attacked by the creature holding the disk, the undead are immune to its effect until the following dawn.
SPACE MEAD
It takes 1 action to consume the golden liquid. After consuming, you gain +2 SPIRIT and +2 TOUGHNESS which lasts for 2 rounds.
You can travel up to 100 feet at the speed of light, allowing you to travel through solid objects but must end your movement in an unoccupied space within that 100 foot radius. At the end of your movement, test TOUGHNESS DR16 (remember to include your +2 bonus). Fail ends your turn and you spend the following round throwing up.
Passing the test allows you to take an action that turn. You have one more round of the +2 bonus after the test.

is actually a SHINING TRAPEZIHEDRON.
Stare into it for 4 rounds allows you to cast Commune without needing a prayer slot. You may ask 3 YES or NO questions to Nyarlathotep. Afterwards test SPI DR14. Fail, gain 1 level of insanity [or drop spirit score by 3 for d8 days]
If left in complete darkness for 1 round, it summons the HAUNTER of the DARKNESS.
