The Bound is a catch-all term for mortals within The Cycle. Essentially, if the individual has a PF2e ancestry or would be generally considered "a person with a soul", they are Bound to The Cycle, their soul moving through Nometathra in the perpetual cycle of rebirth into The Sheltered Plane. Although they have different views, opinions, ambitions, and lifestyles, The Bound are collectively viewed by Deities as being separate from entities that live beyond the confines of The Cycle.
