Council Deities are the supreme powers in the metaverse. From the 7 members of the council, the metaverse was created.
Intermediaries between The Ovi'Tae and The Council, The Lenses are embodiments of pure emotional power. They grant The Ovi'Tae their power by focusing the power granted by The Council through themselves.
Gods and Demigods, both created by The Council and The Lenses or risen to Godhood from Mortality. The Ovi'Tae is the collective pantheon of all mortals and immortals in the metaverse. They are beings of great power, but are not infallible. Alliances and power shifts in the eternal struggle between The Ovi'Tae for the metaverse created for them by The Council.
The Veilsworn are the first divine group that rose to power with the formation of The Bonded Planes Planes. These gods dominate within the Bonded realms and are the most widely worshiped by The Bound. Many Veilsworn were once mortal, ascending to divinity through extraordinary deeds or through the favor of existing gods. They often maintain a strong connection with their mortal followers, making them approachable and relatable figures of worship. Their influence shapes the cultural and spiritual life of The Bound, solidifying their place as the primary deities in the current age.
The Recalcitrant are a the second group of gods that emerged with the creation of The Bonded Planes Planes, ruling over The Esoteric Planes and The Wayward Planes planes. Their influence extends to abstract concepts and uncharted domains, making them patrons of mystery and the arcane, giving the occasional, fleeting thought to the whims of The Bound. While some mortals honor these gods, their worship primarily comes from the inhabitants of their respective planes. The Recalcitrant represent a more distant and elusive divine force, their power often linked to the unexplainable and the forgotten.
The Twilight Kin are the remnants of a once-great pantheon that embody void, death, destruction, and the darker facets of existence. They were the gods of the original Fehralin, the progenitor race to modern Fehralin, created by Shumi, who spread from Eterna across the metaverse. As the Fehralin founded new civilizations and developed varied ancestries, their gods reflected their complex emotions and struggles. However, the catastrophic destruction of their metaverse left only a few Twilight Kin alive, their divine essence steeped in pain and loss. The original name of their pantheon has been forgotten, lost to the ages.
The Wildlords are ancient deities born from the creation of natural life. They embody the primal forces of nature, such as Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Life, and Death, and act as guardians of the natural world. These gods were originally tied to the cycles of animals and other non-sentient beings, but over time, some have adapted to align with the ancestries of The Bound. While a few major Wildlords remain worshiped by mortals, many minor deities, such as those governing specific animals or ecosystems, have faded into obscurity, no longer revered by The Bound.
