The Mystical Broadcast is a mindscape, accessible only to those with psionic capabilities. Speculated to have been constructed by an anonymous and highly eccentric Great Mage, this realm functions as a forum for pshycics across Sarnout.
For novices, entering this Mystic Broadcast is a deeply disorienting experience. It presents itself initially as a chaotic cacophony of disembodied voices and thoughtforms that can induce heavy confusion lasting for hours or even days. Navigating the Broadcast successfully requires a practitioner to master the art of mental filtration, learning to tune out and align their consciousness with specific psionic frequencies. These frequencies are highly varied in structure, with some operating as one-way transmissions, while others function as open forums.
Upon successfully aligning with a frequency, a psionic must manifest a mystical avatar, which is a thoughtform that serves as their representation within the space. Crafting a stable, detailed avatar requires great mental discipline, and consequently, the vast majority of participants appear as simple, usually surreal shapes, as only highly accomplished mystics are capable of maintaining a coherent and detailed appearance for extended periods.
