Holding Your Breath

You can hold your breath for a number of minutes equal to 1 + CON mod (min 30 sec)

Drowning or Choking

After running out of breath or choking

• Survive for a number of rounds equal to CON mod (minimum 1)

• At the start of your next turn, drop to 0 HP and dying

• Can’t regain HP or be stabilized until you can breathe again
