Arcana in Starfall Galaxy encompasses the study and manipulation of cosmic forces: magitech, Rift phenomena, astral entities, and the lore of starship sorcery. Trained characters can recall knowledge about magical traditions, decipher arcane writing, identify magical effects (especially those tied to Rifth-space or ancient tech), and learn or borrow spells from the arcane tradition.
Recall Knowledge: about arcane theories; magical traditions; creatures of arcane significance (like magitech constructs, beasts, and elementals)
Borrow an Arcane Spell: negotiate with guild archmages or Rift cultists for temporary spell access.
Decipher Writing: Decipher arcane inscriptions and magitech diagnostics.
Identify magic: artifacts, Rift anomalies, constructs.
Learn A Spell: Research or Learn new arcane spells from shards, data-archives, or guild repositories.
