The Vraakhest Compact is an interstellar association of independent Vraak houses. Its capital is Ghestavar System in the Perseus Arm of the Milky Way Galaxy.
Its member houses retain their estates and sovereignty while maintaining common agreements, mutual defence and binding arbitration. The Compact governs obligations among its members.
Vraak make more extensive use of client species than any other species. These relationships are typically extremely exploitative. Client populations occupy subordinate positions within arrangements directed by Vraak patrons, whose interests take precedence over those of their clients.
Ghestavar System is the faction’s capital system in the Perseus Arm.
