To increase your attributes, the main method would be progressing your character to the next level. When your character level increases, you increase a single attribute by an amount determined by your level. The amount of attribute points you gain per level increases the higher level you are, as shown on the table below.

Otherwise, consult your GM about if a task, event, practice, or any other cause may make a change to your attributes. This should be done in rare cases, however, such as an incantation reducing one’s strength, but imbuing them with arcane energies.
