A weapon is a tool that a character can use to attack or perform certain actions. Weapons have different qualities that vary, such as damage, range, AP cost, associated Keystones, weight, and others, such as the ability to be held with one or two hands. Weapons are split into Melee Weapons, which are used in close quarters primarily, and Ranged Weapons, which are longer ranged weapons that have to consider things like distance, line of sight, and ammunition.

Magic Weapons

There are weapons in Lucerne that are abnormal and have unusual qualities, such as the magic longsword Firebrand, which is a Longsword that deals Fire damage instead of piercing or slashing damage, and is High Quality. These magic weapons are usually based off of a normal weapon, and any unchanged characteristics of the weapon would follow the rules of the base weapon.
