Note on Factions:
Some NPCs are not initially aligned with any faction. Their loyalties may shift over time depending on the events that unfold in Saltmarsh. Determine their allegiance dynamically based on player actions or evolving village politics.

Keep in mind that certain NPCs may straddle multiple factions; for example, Traditionalists who also collaborate with smugglers or pirates.
