The school of necromancy is not outlawed by the mages college, but neither is it taught. Necromancers are known for the worst of their kind but many are not as villainous as the stories would say.
Cantrip: Blood Magic
Take a wound to give a spell +1 Magic Dice.
1:Blight
Slow, Near Creature, Instant
Deal [sum] damage to target creature for [dice] rounds. If more than two dice are used to cast it, then the target also gets -[dice] to all checks based on Str, Dex, and Con.
2:Drain Life
Fast, Concentration
You draw forth the fading life of corpses around you to bolster yourself. When you cast this spell and each turn after, as a fast action, you may choose a recently diseased corpse within close range and regain 1 Stamina per HD the creature had while it was alive. Once you have drained a corpse it no longer counts as recently deceased.
3:Create Servant
Slow, A Close humanoid corpse, [dice] days
A target Humanoid corpse rises from the dead and becomes your Servant. The Undead has [dice] HD and obeys you without question for [dice] days. After the duration, the Servant regains its free will and may do whatever it wishes.
4:Corpse Gas
Slow, All Corpses in Far range, [dice] rounds
All corpses within range begin rapidly decomposing for [dice] rounds. Everything within 10' of a corpse must save or get -[dice] to attack rolls and saving throws (F) or half that (P).
5:Enslave Undead
Slow, [dice] near undead, instant
[sum] HD of Undead must save. Undead with more HD than [dice] add the difference to their save. Undead with HD 3x greater than [dice] are immune and automatically pass their save. On a failed (F) save, the targeted Undead fall under your control and become your Undead Servants for [sum] days. On a Partial (P) save the undead will not attack you or your allies and may be directed to a location. Undead already under the control of another Magic-User also automatically pass their save and are not affected by this spell. Undead already under your control automatically fail their save if you so choose.
6:Speak With Dead
Slow, Self, [sum] Minutes
You gain the ability to speak with Corpses and Undead for [sum] minutes. Corpses are dry, stupid, and can only inform you of the physical information. The memories of the deceased are beyond their knowledge. Undead are shrieking barbarians that hate you, hate the world, and hate the Gods with a blinding passion. If you try to talk to them, they will curse and swear at you, calling you all sorts of names.
7:Empower Undead

One Undead within range gains [dice] HD and regains [sum] HP. The HD gained from this spell are permanent.
