Emberglow 5, 3130 AC | Valthrus Manor | Exploration
With the upper levels explored, the Hunters descend the stairs from the kitchen into Valthrus Manor's cellars. Collapsed shelving, forgotten stores, and narrow passages fill the room below.
Mahala locates a concealed passage among the fallen shelves, and Kindling helps search for a way to open it. Neidr warns the others that they are not alone.
The Hunters are ambushed by two corrupted esoboks in the kitchen cellar. Zish identifies the creatures and warns that esoboks normally have a handler. The fight is still underway.
Belfry contracts ghoul fever after a bite, and Neidr is left Drained 1. Their ongoing conditions are tracked on their character timelines.
