The tribe seeks justice for worshippers of Solariel, and tries to govern their rainforest area fairly. They wish to spread the faith of the sun god, who brings light and hope to those in need. They are also known to hunt the various monsters that inhabit The Ancients' Forest, and using the various obtained materials to craft weapons and armor. This hunting ground is shared with the local Gnoll populus through a peaceful agreement.
Historical Events
Loss of Confidence
The Solar Orcs lost confidence after nearly failing to protect the rainforest from a Giant Shadow Beetle. While their faith remains intact, they have started to be a bit more careful than may be necessary on their monster hunts.
Divine Weaponry
Now that they’re more careful than they were before, a subset of the Orcs have dedicated their time to discovering how to kill things better. They've been using Solariel's blessing to enchant their weapons made of monster parts, adding fire and divine light to their arsenal.
Settlement
The Solar Orcs reside in a tropical region of the The Ancients' Forest. They built their main encampment on top of an old temple ruin, and dubbed it Solariel's Light.
Government
The Solar Orcs are led by their chieftan Othrik Sunbreaker, who frequently meets with the elders to take care of the tribe.
Deity
The Orcs worship Solariel as the god of the sun. Solariel's influence spans across their territory, turning it from a more run of the mill forest into a rainforest area.
