• I've been experiencing a bit of high fantasy GM burnout, so the sessions may be a bit more barebones than they used to be while I regrab my bearings!

Last we left off...

You all attended the Blackfeather Carnival in an attempt to stop a kidnapping. You spotted the family and followed them into the hall of mirrors where Caillte located the backrooms. Zygomatic spotted some other shady business and started tailing a man charming a woman, eventually discovering that the man was a devil. Combat ensued, and we're at the start of the round!

Post-Game

Key Events

• Caillte makes a deal with a devil while the others are unconcious.

• Malum hears about technological towers that have to do with the planar rift that's causing the devils to invade the city.

• The devils have been finding ways into the city without much difficulty.

  • They're causing low-level disruptions, focusing on kidnapping individual citizens.

Malum (Boaz)

1. A short but sweet session, how was the threat of character death for y'all?
   I always love threat of character death, I love making new characters XD.

   Getting to reveal a little bit of Malum's secrets was fun, would love to hear speculation on what's up

Zygomatic (Jessica)

1. A short but sweet session, how was the threat of character death for y'all?
   Fun and scary. Zygomatic is honestly going through it at the moment.

2. What do you want to see more of?
   Loreee (in two ways I suppose. Our new player :D and Malum lore, like what the actual heck is going on with him.

3. What do you want to see less of?
   critical hits from a Glave in Zygomatics back /j

4. What was your favourite/most memorable moment?
   Malum talking with his associates got me really intruiged. Also Malum being upset that Zygomatic didn't inform him they were heading off for a bit.

5. What do you want to accomplish next session during your little downtime?
   Gnoll clan visit. Crying. Writing. And maybe seeing Jixis.

Caillte (Oak)

1. A short but sweet session, how was the threat of character death for y'all?
   In terms of that combat we just got caught in a doom spiral, and so while it would have been sad to loose a character it’s part of the game. From a more meta level loosing someone, or having a TPK, just as a new player is waiting to join could have gotten messy.

2. What do you want to see more of?
   Nothing specific at the moment. We have a couple of options to choose from while between arcs, and have a new player ready to join, so it’s a good time to experiment.

   Malum talking with his coven, and his and Caillte’s conversation.

5. What do you want to accomplish next session during your little downtime?
   Not sure. Might be a fun time to look into the black market prosthetics, I could also see Caillte reaching out to Opearal / the Watch to see if something can be done about the Barbazu before it calls in its favour.
