From the author: This is my world, this is were my brain is, and has been my whole life when I daydream. I want to make it into something more tangible. This is my forever project!

My journey through Salaige will take me across a vast continent that boasts a diverse landscape populated with various peoples and cultures. The eastern part of Salaige features towering mountains, deep valleys, and dense forest regions, many of which are home to kingdoms, tribes, and city-states. Meanwhile, the western portion of Salaige is characterized by the shattered cliffs and great plateaus along its northern coast. Spires, valleys and deep canyons punctuate the skyline of inland and southern regions where it is said some dragonkin clans still reside, hidden in the high places of Salaige.
Two larger satellite islands accompany the main continent. Aldrnari, situated in the north, has been widely believed to be cursed as it remains trapped in a perpetual winter state. This phenomenon intensifies when winter comes to the rest of Salaige, making it a mystery worth further study.
On the other hand, Sharan, located in the south, is an arid and mountainous island that is considered dangerous due to the presence of monsters and larger predators not typically found in that kind of climate.
As a scholar, I am excited to continue studying the geography and inhabitants of Salaige and its mysteries. I hope to uncover more insights and knowledge during my journeys that will contribute to our understanding of this intriguing continent we call home, its hidden histories, and its peoples.

Salaige at a glance
A large continent hosted within The Wandering, a realm of infinite ocean and home to other lands and places as well. Salaige can be described as mostly temperate, with its fertile valleys, open plains and dense woodland. However, it is worth noting that the continents diverse landscape and history allows for some exceptions to this. Subject to the worst of the Wild Age and the machinations of gods and other powerful entities, Salaige holds more than its fair share of dangers and unknown mysteries, making the untamed wilderness particularly dangerous in many regions. The peoples of Salaige are as varied as the land, with no single dominant nation or culture. Many smaller kingdoms, city-state's and nations populate the land, living, fighting and trading with their neighbours, knowing little of the larger world around them, other than what little news is shared by travellers and other brave enough to venture beyond the walls of their settlements.
Important Concepts
-The Wandering: This world is not a globe or otherwise, it is an infinite ocean commonly referred to as The Wandering. This ocean is peppered with continents, islands and other places, each with their own peoples, histories and understanding of the world around them.
-Realms and planes: The world is more than what can be seen, other realms, planes or pockets of existence also exist. Each serves a purpose or supports The Wandering in some way.
-Cosmos: The cosmos is existence, it is everything, including the other realms. It can be perceived in a fashion, by looking at the night sky.
