Q3 - Age of Sylthariel

On the shifting and unstable Isle of Elderglen, where time slips and reality frays, the adventurers uncover an abandoned settlement built atop the long-buried remnants of Sylthariel, the Veiled City—an ancient elven metropolis once renowned for its arcade masters and fae-blooded craftsmen. As tremors ripple through the island and ancient spires begin appearing above the forest canopy, strange magic stirs beneath the earth.

The party journeys inland through a reality-bent forest and descends into Sylthariel’s forgotten undercroft, where living roots, mirrored halls, broken bridges, dream-haunted chambers, and remnants of corrupted fey guardians hinder their progress. The deeper they travel, the more they sense the presence of something vast and ancient dreaming below the ruins—an eldritch proto-fey entity known only as the Pale Dreamer.

Throughout three sessions, the players navigate enchanted traps, tangled gardens, spectral echoes, and arcane corridors as they unravel the city’s fall and confront the cult-driven forces seeking to wake what sleeps beneath the roots. At the heart of the dungeon, in the living cathedral known as the Heartglade, the adventurers face a reality-warping guardian and must choose whether to seal, disrupt, or unleash the power dreaming in the depths.

All the while, Elderglen itself threatens to slip out of the mortal world once more, forcing the party to manage exploration, danger, and mystery under the looming risk of becoming lost in the seams of time—just like Sylthariel before them.
