Mythos

There are infinite adventures... Lost within the pages of the LegendKeeper.

Mythos Ignisar, also known as The Lost Library of Stories is a mysterious place within the Astral that stands as a gateway to the extraordinary, the imaginary and much more. It is an elusive sanctum where time itself hesitates. Here, an infinite collection of tomes, records, and untold or tales be found, each one a portal to a mysterious realm where there's a story waiting to be (re-)discovered. Long ago, the library was protected and tended by "Legend Keepers", often referred to as "The Keepers". These enigmatic guardians dedicated themselves to writing, preserving, and studying the countless legends, adventures, and tales from many diverse realms...

Some say the library exists to safeguard the fabrics of imagination itself, preventing stories from being lost to oblivion. Others whisper that it holds the power to shape reality, with each tale subtly influencing the worlds it touches. Yet the ultimate secret of Mythos Ignisar remains tantalizingly out of reach, inviting only the most curious and daring to uncover its stories...

But what was its true purpose?

The Library

As you run your fingers along the spines of these otherworldly books, you can feel the pulsating energy that emanates from within. The covers are adorned with symbols and runes from an era long gone. Some books possess sentience, responding to the touch and intent of the reader. The books in Mythos Ignisar are not just stories; they are keys to unlocking the mysteries of creation and existence itself.

Many of the books within this library contain a small pocket dimension where the written story, lessons, or information can be experienced rather than simply read. Imagine a magical tome here provides a small plane where the inventor of the spell actually appears and provides the opportunity to master the spell, or a historic event can be experienced.

Storyrealms

Within Mythos and its many books, there are infinite stories... When the lines between fictional and reality blur, they can create small dimensions named Storyrealms. How these dimensions are created, isn't entirely understood. But it is said that they are born from the collective imagination of countless storytellers across the ages.

Within a storyrealm, the adventures of the associated books manifest. With landscapes shifting to reflect the narrative's settings, and characters coming to life with their own wills and motivations. These realms are as diverse as the tales they embody, ranging from whimsical wonderlands to treacherous realms of darkness, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities for those who dare to explore them.

These realms are heavily subjected to the phenomenon known as Kvasir Snippets: Narrativization
