Reinald's Perspective (19th-20th Leaffall)

19th Leaffall - Early Evening: Reinald is assigned a guest room in Lucien's Mansion. Röka appears and they discuss the mission involving "The Good Stuff" drug harvested from living mycoids in The Depths. An attendant delivers Lucien's contacts list—Reinald recognizes Douglas, Baeur’gard, and Celica as the attackers from his dream.

19th Leaffall - Early Evening: Reinald visits Victoria in her room. They discuss Mayor Hartthorne's disappearance and Lewys's suspiciously fast re-assignment as mayor. Victoria suspects Lewys is involved either willingly or through blackmail. The drug operation likely originates in The Depths, perhaps connected to one of Rhazeth's enemies. Victoria's priorities: meet Rhazeth and contact people on Lucien's list. Reinald's anonymity makes him ideal for investigation.

19th Leaffall - Early Evening: Victoria discusses Henry's situation. The Ragnarthane family attempted to claim jurisdiction over him, despite denying any connection to him. She suspects Lucien knows more and mentions a nine-year-old incident involving Howlbreakers.

19th Leaffall - Early Evening: Reinald explores the mansion library and meets Aveline De Ragnaisse. She discusses her family's extensive business holdings in Allura's Haven. Reinald discovers an interesting tome in the library: titled: Tome of Verdant Secrets containing nature magic and the necromantic spell Feign Death. Aveline mentions the tome came from Timberheart Wolffolk, connected to idol Sylvirix and the World Tree Theory

19th Leaffall - Early Evening: Reinald attends dinner with Victoria, Aveline, Luke, and Irvin. He witnesses Brianna departing in a Weinberg carriage with a lingering farewell from Luke.

19th Leaffall - Evening: Aveline invites Reinald to spar in the gardens. Irvin questions Reinald's intentions but Aveline dismisses his protectiveness. They duel with rapiers—Aveline wins narrowly and offers technique advice about grip positioning. Röka tempts Reinald to use magic but he honors the no-magic agreement.

20th Leaffall - Morning: Before Reinald, Victoria, Aveline and Ervin travel to Allura's Haven, Lucien privately gives Reinald a mysterious ticking clockwork device, suggesting it might prove useful. Reinald cannot identify its purpose immediately.

20th Leaffall - Morning: Aveline points out family properties and landmarks. She departs for her warehouse while Victoria prepares to meet the new mayor. Reinald begins investigating.

20th Leaffall - Morning: Reinald overhears merchants complaining about new tariffs, potential curfew, and a recent fire in the Crow Streets. He meets Ira Wildthorne, a spice merchant affected by tariff increases.

20th Leaffall - Morning: Brigitte suddenly grabs Reinald, dragging him into an alley demanding answers about their shared dream. She knows his name! And he knows her name! After Gurak proposes the noon meeting, Reinald is left shaken but intrigued, aware the strange dream are tied to the larger conspiracy involving the missing mayor, planted evidence, new tariffs, missing contacts, and shared visions.

20th Leaffall - Late Morning: At Haven's Reach clothing shop, a dragon-folk named Felix Fabulous is standing in for missing Katrien mentions she was last seen in the Crow Streets. Felix cryptically suggests returning "after closing" for special goods.

20th Leaffall - Late Morning: At the closed bookshop, Reinald meets Serafina, a Howlstead scholar trying to return a book to missing owner Hoocrates. Röka offers a bargain: return the book to examine it and receive a new spell. Reinald introduces himself as distant relation to Professor Novelington. Serafina trusts him with the book.

20th Leaffall - Late Morning: In a secluded area, Reinald opens the letter, personal correspondence between Serafina and Hoocrates discussing dragon-folk history. The book contains dragon-scale pages with a story about dragonborn, plus instructions for unique magical spell allowing to share magic... Some kind of ancient idol magic. Röka grants Reinald the Dimensional Shove spell.

Brigitte's Perspective (19th-20th Leaffall)

19th Leaffall - Evening: Gurak arrives in a rush that Brigitte has to be 'distraction duty' tonight. He's noticed strange activity on the streets and its better to keep activity low for tonight. The Gator Brothers, Pepper and Salt arrive and immediately head 'downstairs' to get ready to fight in "The Cage", Brigitte manages to persuade them to leave, but they demand a fight tomorrow.

19th Leaffall - Evening: Brigitte fights Coldrock in "The Bright Lye". When nearly defeated, her beast form seizes control over her mind and body and she viciously bites Coldrock's shoulder. Sonya rushes to heal Coldrock, escorting her out of the while Brigitte struggles to regain composure at the bar.

19th Leaffall - Evening: Guards led by a ram-horned deerfolk commander raid the establishment, claiming Mayor Hershkowitz enacted new laws banning betting on fights. Brigitte's bite incident giving them justification to do search. A bear-folk patron is found with betting tickets and "the good stuff" drug. Brigitte keeps the commander occupied while Beasty creates a distraction. Through persuasion and subtle magical interference, the guards fail to discover the underground levels.

19th Leaffall - Evening: After the raid, Brigitte visits the mayor's office and observes workers repairing the entrance door, which Lewys blasted open with a Thunderwave spell. The worker explains Lewys destroyed the door upon arrival. Brigitte find that suspicious... since she knows that it was barricaded from inside.

19th Leaffall - Night: Brigitte encounters Branded attempting to unlock his room in the family hideout. She checks on Coldrock, who glares murderously at her. Exhausted and conflicted, Brigitte retreats to her room.

20th Leaffall - Early Morning: Brigitte wakes in control of herself. Gurak gently acknowledges what happened without judgment. He arranges a family meeting and invites her to beach meditation. When Brigitte asks Gurak if he was about to invite Branded, Gurak observes that Branded seems equally broken as her.

20th Leaffall - Early Morning: Brigitte, Gurak, and Branded head to the beach. While traveling to the Ambassador's Pier. Brigitte spots the fox-folk from her dream—Reinald. Acting on instinct, she rushes forward and physically grabs him, dragging him into an alley demanding to know how he was in her dream. She knows his name! And he knows her name! Gurak intervenes, making Brigitte let him go. Gurak suggests a "lunch" meeting at the Barnacled Barrel at noon.

20th Leaffall - Morning: During beach meditation, Gurak asks Branded why he fights. Branded reveals he gets vision flashes when struck in combat—a plateau, fire, and a strange tree with green diamonds. He fights hoping to understand these visions.

20th Leaffall - Morning: Walking back, Brigitte and Branded share somewhat pleasant conversation about food and magic. Branded demonstrates a spell making crackers taste like cheese and offers to create a sound barrier for their quarters to prevent... Wilt's noises. Brigitte notices Branded's eyes glow and receives a vision: a young red-haired man entering old castle ruins.

20th Leaffall - Before Noon: Family meeting convenes. Rhazeth demands explanation for the previous night. Kaelis reveals intelligence on Lewys Heskowitz-Weinberg: he traveled for at least five days to reach Allura's Haven but somehow knew the mayor would be gone. Brigitte reports Lewys blasted the barricaded door of the Mayor's office, suggesting inside knowledge. New citywide tariffs now in effect multiple family businesses.

20th Leaffall - Before Noon: The topic shifts to the arrival of the Guards. Brigitte and Branded observe that the bear-folk patron had betting ticket, yet was found upstairs... It seems like a planted setup. Sloane interrupts the meeting, revealing a bag of TGS. Sloane and Beastie reveal that Beastie pickpocketed the drugs before arrest. Rhazeth orders investigation of the new mayor's connections and mentions a mysterious harefolk "high interest" visitor arriving tomorrow.
