A Skyguide can float and sail on water, but it isn't built to land on the ground. The fins would snap under the weight of the ship during landing, and the keel would cause the ship to roll to one side.


Properties

Arcane Prism

  • The Skyguide cannot tip over while its Arcane Prism is installed.

  • The Skyguide remains hovering midair even if its speed is 0.

Captain Requirement

  • One creature is always required to remain at the ship’s rudder to keep the ship ‘stable’. A creature that is controlling the Skyguide cannot move and cannot use bonus actions.

  • At the start of a round, If the ship is uncontrolled or unsecured. The DM can force every creature on the ship to make a DEX Saving throw (10) or fall prone.
