Sthennon is a male deity who represents and teaches strength of body and spirit, as well as endurance in adversity. He advocates adherence to law and order and serves as the judge who measures a Medai’s life and decides their moral value after death.

Practices:
During the days and nights of the new moon, his worshipers observe dietary and behavioral restrictions, including severe fasting for the most devoted. Burials and remembrance of the dead are conducted under his purview. Stoicism is considered one of the highest virtues, widely influencing Medai culture.

Followers: Particularly popular among warriors. There is a warrior brotherhood sworn to him, The Forked Tongue, with members across most caravans.
