Followers of Örgyár, often called the Örgyárrok or “Örgyár’s Disciples,” practice a dark and secretive religion rooted in corrupted magic and commonly worshipped by the Ogkan. Unlike the Azāstār, who venerate Ahrigra as the Lord of Frost, the Örgyárrok perceive Örgyár as a consuming, intimate force—a consumer of souls and a harbinger of eternal darkness. Their faith emerged in response to the historic incursions of humans into Poseia, with Örgyár envisioned as the means of reclaiming supremacy over the invaders.

Principal Deity

Örgyár – Known as the Consuming Frost or the “Extinguisher of the Sun.” While other traditions depict him as a frost god, the Örgyárrok reinterpret him as a malevolent force that will blight the sun and bring eternal night, in which his followers may rise to power.

Practices

• Shadowed Rituals – Conducted in the desolate badlands under moonlight and stars, often involving dark rites intended to commune directly with Örgyár.

• Personal Communion – Unlike distant worship, Örgyárrok seek to connect intimately with their deity, embracing his malevolent essence.

• Isolation and Survival – Their religion thrives in harsh, unforgiving landscapes, reinforcing the discipline and endurance of the followers.

Beliefs & Philosophy

• Örgyár is not simply a god to venerate, but a consuming force that reshapes reality in darkness.

• Eternal night is not feared but welcomed, representing both punishment for humanity and opportunity for the Örgyárrok to ascend.

• Their faith stands in direct opposition to the light, purity, and beauty represented by Eänyr/Enä in Ilumenor and Ilumenus traditions.
