The High Aether exists beyond mortal comprehension, a plane of primordial origin where the great dragon beings of the Faith of Nine reside in their truest form. It is not a realm of geography but of magnitude. Time does not pass there as it does in the Waking Weave. Distance has no meaning. The High Aether is the seat of cosmic will, where justice, harvest, death, mana, courage, chaos, tide, forge, and wisdom exist as living forces.
Here, the Primordials are not symbols or manifestations. They are totalities. Their draconic forms are said to stretch across horizons of radiant ether, their presence alone shaping currents of fate and existence. It is from this plane that divine measure is maintained, and from here that balance is observed across all other planes.
Mortals do not enter The High Aether. It is not a destination. It is the summit of divine authority. Even the Aether below it is merely a reflection of its radiance.
