The Nether, sometimes called Hades, is the final descent for souls judged unworthy of the Aether. It is not chaotic like Soddom, nor transitional like Oblivion. It is eternal consequence.
Here, suffering is structured. It is cold, vast, and oppressive. Souls are said to retain awareness of their failures, trapped within cycles shaped by their own corruption. The Nether is not fueled by rage but by inevitability.
Where the Aether is fulfillment, the Nether is absence. Hope does not reach it. It exists as the final counterweight to divine grace, a reminder that the path walked in the Waking Weave echoes beyond death.
