Port Unity

Port Unity is shaped deliberately.

Two immense stone breakwaters arc inward from either side of the coast, creating a controlled basin that shields incoming ships from harsher currents. At the mouth of the harbor stand twin watchtowers flying the banner of House Aurelius and the sigil of Hearth’s merchant guild.

Every vessel entering must pass between them.

The docks themselves are symmetrical, long stretches of reinforced timber anchored into stone foundations. Cargo cranes rise above the piers, operated by counterweight systems refined in Reach’s engineering districts.

It is organized. Efficient. Measured.

Port Unity is the regulated intake of Cold Harbor.

All significant cargo vessels are processed here. Customs officials operate from a grand administrative hall overlooking the central pier. Merchant houses maintain numbered warehouse rows with documented capacity.

Imports arrive from distant shores. Spices. Textiles. Rare woods. Mana infused artifacts. Foreign metals. Luxury goods. Exotic foodstuffs.

Exports leave for the wider world. Grain from Bera. Steel from Xemascus. Crafted goods from Reach. Preserved livestock from New Harvest.

Every crate is logged.

Every tax is calculated.

Port Unity is where coin begins its journey inland.
