An array of fifteen fortifications built upon Vineta's only moon, commissioned by the Empire and designed as a civilian fulfillment station before the onset of revolution.
Claimed by the Nation at the close of Vineta's first conflict, the Cantor Array was to be restored as a waystation to aid in humanitarian efforts and the repatriation of loyal refugees, while also acting as a logistical hub for Volksmilitär operations in surrounding space. Ultimately, the Array and its facilities prove themselves essential to blockage runners providing food, shelter, and security to personnel or the materials they've been tasked to handle.
Owing to its nature as pre-revolutionary construction, most infrastructure is severely outdated and beyond ÆON's desired norm. All but three facilities had been fully restored by the start of the Imperial Siege of Yulin, with the 13th facility in partial operation, while the 14th and 15th facilities had yet to begin any work.
Structurally, the Cantor Array is designed to loosely operate in the following pattern:
Oversight of the Array is handled by "The Three Sisters," a triplet of command stations headed by the 1st facility, and supported by the 2nd or 3rd facilities.
Management and defense of the Array is handled by the intermediary stations, consisting of the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th facilities.
Daily operation of the Array is handled by the fulfillment stations, consisting of all other facilities starting with the 8th and ending with the 15th.
