Kommandant)

AEON Command has command over more or less everyone and nearly unlimited authority.
Non-command AEON staff generally only have authority within AEON, though they have an immense amount of respect.

AEON > Protektor > Volksmilitar > Civilian
This is more or less the command pecking order, though with the caveat that
Protektors have LAW ENFORCEMENT related command authority over the Volksmilitar, not total unrestricted authority.
Outside the confines of a friendly installation, the Volksmilitar has total command over all personnel (other than AEON, the Kommissariat, etc.)
The Protektors ensure compliance and sociostability within a facility.
The Volksmilitar conducts expeditions, assaults, and other missions unrelated to domestic authority (normally.)
