Nebkhet is an independent, expansionist Net'hret power built around a dominant home system and several subordinate holdings. Its rulers cultivate powerful clients, then demand loyalty and service in return.

Its capital is the Sutekhen System.

Earth, in the Sol System, lies within Nebkhet territory. Its Tier 1 civilization remains under strict ICSS protection through the Giza Conventions, which prohibit exploitation and forced subordination and restrict interference in native development.
