Occara is Veyrath’s western continent, divided among thirteen sovereign states. Its coastlands support major ports, shipyards, industry, banking, and international trade, while inland mountains and plateaus contain mines, fortresses, and old landed estates. Rival governments maintain their own laws, armed forces, languages, and foreign policies.
