The Median Ocean separates the continents of Mediath and Occara. It narrows to a width of about a kilometer in The Throatlands which, historically, allowed people to cross between the two continents. There is also an island chain that stretches from the Kingdom of Draukhar that almost reaches to the Kingdom of Cerathene, at the south of the two continents.
