(Dead) Capt. Scurvy Blanc
Previously the captain of The Guillotine (Brigantine), he was last seen setting sail with his crew for the Spanish treasure fleet.
His vessel engaged and boarded The Forgotten Darling (Sloop) however Scruvy Blanc was killed. His crew explained he had formed some deal with Governor Torres to board any pirate sloop he could find looking for a "horn." They had not found it yet.
