Spell Description:

You target a creature within range, and a 25 foot radius burst of lightning erupts, centered on them. Creatures caught within the burst must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 5d10 Lightning damage, or half as much on a successful save. Creatures wearing metal armor, or are a Large creature or larger, take 10 additional Lightning damage. If Lightning damage from this spell damages a creature that is wet or in water they become shocked.
