An enchanted talisman, constructed of silver and gold, with a notable hole in the center. Fits within the palm of the hand neatly, and emits a very gentle warmth. It is decorated with holy symbols and arcane runes.
A gemstone, such a diamond, emerald, sapphire, etc, can be socketed in it's center, where it is magically held in place by arcane force.
For 5 AP, you can harness transmutation to create an item, or a number of items up to a value of 5 gold. When you do so, it must subtract the value of the items created from the value of the gemstone socketed in the relic's center. The relic must be passed over an empty surface in which the items you choose to create would fit upon, such as the surface of a table, or over the palm of your hand, as a part of the action.
In order to use this item, you must have at least a +1 in both your Theurgy and Magecraft skills.
