A repurposed keep in the middle of the Coal Yards district, Tinkerer's Tower is quite literally a buzz with the sounds of industry as the reclusive artificer works night and day on their weird and wonderful inventions.

Some locals even swear blind that they have seem the eccentric inventor leap from the tall battlements with a pair of linen wings strapped to his back but could just be tavern talk.
