The Dowager is a household name in Gorummage. She is an old woman, believed to be a hag of some kind, who sticks to her garbage hut and rarely goes outside.
She mostly employs orphans to find and fetch her ingredients in the trash. She is feared and gossiped about by the locals but is also the go-to person for medicinal or spiritual aid.
