Only senior members know the main headquarters’ location. The Oath uses sanctums across Altoria.

The Veiled Halls occupy abandoned catacombs beneath the city, concealed by illusions and containing forbidden-text libraries and rooms for covert meetings.

History

Disenfranchised mages, spies, and nobles founded the Whispered Oath centuries ago to control information vital to survival and political power. It expanded through recruited agents and guarded archives of secrets.
