The Fraternitatem Æternam, or the Eternal Brotherhood, was an occult cabal obsessed with the interplay between sound, magic, and planar forces. Once a secretive group of scholars and mystics, their ambitions led to a catastrophic planar ritual that unleashed the Wailing Blight. Though the Brotherhood is now defunct, its remnants and artifacts, like the Psychoacoustic Resonance Spikes, continue to haunt the present day. Whispers of surviving members and splinter factions persist, drawing the curious and the desperate to uncover their secrets.


Headquarters

Originally based in Shadowgrove of Altoria, the Fraternitatem Æternam operated from a sinister compound shrouded in mystery and rumored to harbor infernal power. The compound was later repurposed into the Crimson Curtain Theatre.
