Silversap (ᛋᛁᛚᚡᛂᚱᛋᛆᛕ) is one of the members of the The Mistdelvers.
Biography
Early Life
Silversap was spawned as a Sevjene in the Grønhalla of the World Tree Jørðaskr. Like most of her fellow Oozes, they were assigned to a Branchkeeper and worked as a protector on the branches. Their life was routine, seeing very little outside of the upper Districts and their birthplace, no thought being directed towards what could be outside this tiny slice of the world. One day, while working to capture some criminals on the District Fringes, Silversap was blasted off the edge and fell far down to the forest below, beyond the walls of the Shade District.
Awakening on their own in this new place, Silversap wandered aimlessly. They found themselves surrounded by plants and animals beyond their imagination. Swarming anthills and misty waterfalls, dammed streams and mighty gorges, their own reflection in a pond and the vast expanse of stars in the sky. What they knew was suddenly so small in comparison to everything they didn’t. Eventually, they found a small group of traders relaxing by campfire. They got to watch these people drinking and laughing, dancing and singing, playing with their children and just living freely. It was so bizarre compared to the worst of society that they had been primarily exposed to thus far.
Trying to join the traders, Silversap startled the group, eventually alerting the Branchkeepers to their location. They were brought back to JJordtræd and the Grønhalla to continue their job. However, Silversap couldn’t forget the wonders that they witnessed. They couldn’t return to the simplicity of their small world when so much was beyond it. They couldn’t continue being just a thing to be feared when they wanted so badly to live like the traders they saw before. They caused some issues here or there, and they were gossiped about since being brought back by the Branchkeepers, and even Declann heard about this.

One day, unable to hold back any longer, Silversap suddenly broke away from their handler Rava, rushing through the Districts to escape back to the world beyond. They swiped a large tarp, leaping from the Fringes yet again to soar away to their new life. They scavenged logs and leaves and bark, molding a basic humanoid frame to mimic the people Silversap wished to become.
