The High Hill Miner's Guild once held great power in the city, supplying the city and beyond with valuable ores mined from the Shilo District mines. When Baser'all destroyed the district in one fell swoop, the mines were lost and most of the miners killed. However, the guild has seen a resurgence in power after gaining access to the mines beneath Gildon.
