None: Completely secret group. There are not even whispers about it. Members are likely sworn to secrecy on pain of death and misery.
Minimal: There are many things even members do not know. You must go to great lengths and dark places to learn more of this group.
Moderate: The existence of this group is known, but some of their workings remain secret.
Significant: The existence of this group is well documented and largely public.
None: This group has ideals but no means to achieve them. They may have just suffered a great blow, or be new on the scene, still securing their footing.
Minimal: This group has some power, but few people pay them mind of day. They have to be resourceful and clever to achieve their aims and could easily be eliminated.
