The session began with the party searching the warehouse. Many of Nuso's most sensitive items were discovered. Proof of illicit deals, information proving Azure Sentinel corruption, a warning from “K” to stop digging into the Black Tide's business in the tunnels, A strange glass compass, a sealed vial of gold ink, the type and breadth of the items here at the warehouse proved that Nuso was a player in the game, but his own player. He had blackmail and details on every faction. Maybe it is the kind of hoard one needs to fly with dragons.

The party came to realize that without backing of some kind, they would never be able to figure out who killed Nuso, and what he wanted the group to find. The group had a long discussion of which group they would ally with. Who ever killed Nuso could have been a member of one of them, or ordered by the whole faction itself.

Ultimately, The party formed goo relations with the Ghost Walkers. They were the hidden hand behind the flow of information. The party also made nice with the Black Tide, and the Gilded Abandoned. However, the Azure Sentinels, and The Ledger did not come away from our meetings as thrilled.

A meeting was set up with Curator Veyla from the Ghost Walkers. The meeting was tense. Old traditions and strange magic made the meeting less straight forward. At one point, the mirrors in the room started screaming about how an assassin's guild wanted Selene dead. To the surprise of the meeting goers. Ultimately, the group managed to form a tentative alliance. Veyla gave the party various assistance and information.

The party was convalescing in a Ghost Walker friendly pub, when marching boots could be heard. The Azure Sentinels had come for the party. Would this be a fight for lives, a desperate escape, of a tense talk? Would the parties tentative new allies step in, as this was the scenario for why they needed alliances.
