Description

Current leader of the Inquisition remnants, son of the former Eldritch Inquisition leader Isolde Greystone. A man of principle and refinement with a burning hatred for those he believes slighted his family and therefor the entire Eldritch Inquisition.

A proud and paranoid man, he believes that the Lord's Alliance is out to get him at every oppertunity. He rarely, if ever, leaves his keep of Eir Andusk Fortress, but will not shy away from a fight if threadened.

Before coming to Eir Andusk Fortress, he lived in the shadow of his mother as she ruled over the Eldritch Inquisition. He observerd and learned under her guidance. Young, but far from inexperienced, he had to see his mother die during their trek to Eir Andusk after the invasion of the Lord's Alliance ended in the Alliance's favour. He is wholly convinced that The Lords Alliance 612RKC had a hand in her getting grievously ill, her care being lacking and ultimatly her death.

After taking the reigns of what was left of The Eldritch Inquisition and creating a foothold on Eir Andusk he started to gather allies and curry favour with anyone willing to stand with them against the Lord's Alliance and his traiterous former allies. Even willing to enlist the help of people her finds unsavoury, such as William Walton Friedman. He has forged an alliance with a faction he only refers to as "The Benefactor" to any outside his innermost circle.

He puts great trust into Izereth Yolosviing as his second in command and one of his first supporters.

Traits and Motivations

He exhibits a deep rooted hatred for the Lord's Alliance and the Eldritch Inquisition subfactions that broke off at the end of the war with the Lord's Alliance (The order of St. Muriel, the Magica Ad Nihilum and the order of the Stilled voices). He has vowed to restore his families name and The Eldritch Inquisition (two things he believes are intrinsically linked) to even beyond their former glory, at all costs.

Routine

He can always be seen in the presence of two hulking soldiers in heavy metal armour. These bodyguards don't talk, are fiercly loyal and gifted to him by his "benefactor". They can be recognized by their wheathered bronze armour, horned helmets and towershields. Standing watch, they will not allow anyone get close to Tristam, unless he orders them or invites people closer.
