The notes provided with these cantrips make them easier to cast compared to traditional spell scroll and the required DC is lowered from 10 to 5.

Cantrip Spells. As a bonus action, you can tear out one page and give it to a creature or use it yourself. That scrap page counts as a cantrip scroll with the spell that you can select from the list below.

With this scrap page, you or another can then cast the spell by succeeding on an Arcana Check (DC 5).

On a success; they can cast the spell, and the page crumbles to dust. On a failure; nothing happens and the scroll crumbles away.

The DC for that spell equals 13 and the Spell Attack equals +5, unless the caster's original DC or Spell Attack is higher.
