Amber

Amber is extremely rare and powerful. It is an essence solely created by The Sentinel. The Sages of Vitallia do not yet comprehend the exact nature of Amber. They have however recorded some of its properties.

Amber seems to be the essence that the Sentinel used in order to create The Cell and contain Nedel during The Great War. It is also the same material from which monsters break out when they hatch. Amber can be found in many places of the world of Vitallia, usually to conceal or to protect an area. To most creatures, Amber seems indestructible. Some powerful individuals have managed to slightly alter or manipulate it or, at best, make use of it.

History & Usage

Discovery
Amber was firstly discovered by Theanivar upon her virgin visit of The Crater. Curious to explore the inside of the Crater, she came upon a layer of Amber that could not be removed or penetrated. It was later, when Kargor the Smith arrived, that he could work his way around the material and finally remove the seal to provide access to the Crater.
