What is a KNCR?
KNCRS serve the Nation as command and control units, much like their Kolibri counterparts. However, these units are typically higher ranking than your average Elite Protektor, or Blockwart Officer. KNCRs are typically labelled as an Elite Controller, and have bioresonance abilities different to that of a Kolibri. These units operate as Field Intelligence Officers, Facility Overseers, Wartime Captains, and Kommissar Instructors.
They are incredibly loyal to the Nation, following each of its laws and rules to perfection, as well as strictly enforcing them amongst their staff. Within the chain of command, they fall directly beneath a Falke unit, and are often substituted for facility overseers during wartime situations, or if the facility is deemed to be small enough for a KNCR unit to be present over a Falke.
How do I roleplay as a KNCR?
KNCRS are very strict command and enforcing units who will handle dissidents with efficiency depending on the severity of their crimes. They are typically in charge of smaller, more redundant facilities, prioritising intelligence and information to conduct or dispense orders. However, despite their bioresonance capabilities, the KNCR units have been manufactured with a very early-stage, and brutish version of the now known bioresonant module.
Effectively, these units are purely meant for long ranged communications with FKLR units, but are ineffective when reading minds, or influencing a consciousness. For that, they delegate the task to the KLBR units.

This is one of the most extreme roles bestowed upon in the facility, meaning that an application for such a unit is a rigorous process, typically involving multiple stages of questioning and interviews. It is required that you have experience as at least one of the Protektor units before applying. There will only ever be one Kranich per facility, therefore the application process is a ladder of tedious stages and decisions.

KNCRS are often overseen by a watchful eye, ensuring that they do not destabilise, and that they remain efficient and fair. Should this unit be suspected of persona degradation, they will be investigated, and swiftly decommissioned should it be found positive.
