KNCR units are a generation 5 Bioresonant Commando Replika. They serve the nation as command and control units, much like their Kolibri counterparts. However, these units are typically higher ranking than your average Elite Protektor, or Blockwart Officer. KNCRs are typically labelled as an Elite Controller, and have Bioresonance abilities different to that of a Kolibri. When not in-charge of a facility, they handle the affairs of the Storch units.

These units operate as Field Intelligence Officers, Facility Overseers, Wartime Captains, and Kommissar Instructors. They are incredibly loyal to the Nation, following each of its laws and rules to perfection, as well as strictly enforcing them amongst their staff. Within the chain of command, they fall directly beneath a Falke unit, and are often substituted for facility overseers during wartime situations, or if the facility is deemed to be small enough for a KNCR unit to be present over a Falke.

KNCRs are very strict command units, who will handle dissidents with efficiency depending on the severity of their crimes. They are typically in charge of smaller, more redundant facilities, prioritizing intelligence and information to conduct or dispense orders. However, despite their bioresonance capabilities, the KNCR units have been manufactured with a very early-stage, and brutish version of the known Bioresonant module. Effectively, these units are purely meant for long ranged communications with FLKR units, but are ineffective for reading minds, influencing consciousness, or altering reality. They designate these roles to the Kolibri.

Personality

Kranich units are often calm yet stern, feeling unapproachble but still commanding. Their words often feel like a scolding whether it be praise, a directive, or a punishment. Should they be required to handle a punishment, they are often ruthless and terrifying.

Behavior

When delivering punishments, KNCR units pull no punches to try and extract information or ensure the personnel is thoroughly punished dependant on the severity of their crimes. Despite a seemingly bloodthirsty approach, KNCR units are very capable of being fair in the case you have something of use for them, such as intel, or if the situation was blown out of preportion.

When off-duty, these units typically find scrap paper and create origami animals, often ammazing a vast collection on their desk.
