What is a KLBR?
KLBR units are one of the most capable bioresonance units ever produced within the Nation. These units act as a hive-mind, interlinked with those within their cadre. Their bioresonance technology, while impressive, is short range purely, typically spanning the radius of a facility. These units are often tasked with command and control, truth enforcement, investigations, interrogations, and intelligence officers.
They comprise a cadre of at least four to five units, designed to aid whichever command unit is in charge of a facility, amplifying their bioresonant influence. Their main role is that of an Elite Protektor, tasked with maintaining facility cohesion and to improve mental stability of units within their squads, thus being labelled as the most effective Protektor unit. Despite this, KLBR units are not intended to be commanding officers to STCR and STAR units, but rather act as political enforcers, and investigative units.
How do I roleplay as a KLBR?
KLBR units, while highly trained and professional, are often weakened by their own neural pattern. They are considered to be very unstable, and will often create emotional feedback loops, broadcasting their own emotions to any who are around them. While KLBR units are trained to avoid such scenarios, there may be times where they slip up, and subconsciously create said loop. To avoid this, these units often find themselves amongst their sisters, bouncing memories and emotions between each other to act as a safety net.
Despite this flaw, KLBR units remain very intelligent and efficient. They remain stern and enforcing during conversations, expecting to be called by their rank. While not bloodthirsty, they will often scold or reprimand any who break the rules set by both the facility, and the Nation. These units will usually remain calm on-duty in order to acquire and process as much information as possible, sharing it between their sisters via bioresonance.

Should a KLBR unit display any signs of persona degradation, they must be decommissioned immediately. Should they not be handled accordingly, and a majority of the cadre show signs of degradation, then the entire cadre will also begin to degrade, leading to amplified issues with the facility staff and will effectively cripple the Protektoriate.
It is recommended that you spend at least two weeks as a Protektor unit before applying for a KLBR position. KLBR units hold a prestigious role within the facility, and it is imperative that they understand the facility's protocol and command structure. It is highly recommended that you study the wiki link below before applying for a KLBR unit, as the information of the units in-game and document information should mold your style of RP. Very mild persona tolerance is allowed due to their unstable personality.
